ISEE 2021 is Not Over, You Can Still Register!

The ISEE 2021 virtual and e-poster platforms are going to be open with full access to all sessions (except 3 networking sessions), e-posters, as well as the chat groups for a 6-month period after the conference. Even if you have not registered and attended the conference during the event dates, you can still have the chance to register and access to the webcasts and scientific content with reduced fees. 

Post-conference registration is available both for members and non-members.
The deadline for post-conference registration is October 26, 2021 by 23:59 US Eastern time (GMT-5).
Register until this deadline and get access to the virtual and e-poster platforms until February 26, 2022.

A full list of those countries is also provided below.(We will also gladly accept registrations at full rates from residents of these countries who have sufficient resources.

  • Scientific content on the conference virtual platform - e.g. webcasts of all sessions (except 3 networking sessions which have not been recorded)

  • E-certificate of attendance (pdf)

  • Abstract e-book (pdf)
  • Access to EHP Journal ISEE 2021 special issue for published abstracts


Letter of Confirmation
A confirmation letter will be sent to the submitted e-mail within one week of receipt of the total registration fee.

Cancellation Policy
For cancellations of post-conference registration, the registration fee will be non-refundable after completing the registration.
Notification of changes in the reservation and/or cancellations must be done
in writing to the Conference Organizing Secretariat, to the attention of Ms. Pinar Eresici peresici@kenes.com.

Terms of Payment
The official currency of the Conference is USD. Online credit card payment is required for post-conference registrations. We regret that we are unable to accept personal, company or bank cheques and/or bank transfer payments.

Credit card payment:
Holders of Visa, Mastercard or AMEX may use their cards for charging all costs. Please indicate card number, expiry date and security code on the registration form. Please note that daily exchange rates will be applied and slight differences on the total charged amount may arise due to fluctuations in the daily exchange rates.
